Rob has been in and around the construction industry for most of his life. Rob’s father was a developer in Las Vegas Nevada where Rob spent most of his childhood.  At twenty one years of age he joined the US Navy in hopes of becoming a UDT SEAL. Due to an automobile accident at eighteen that left him with compression fractures of the first and fourth lumbar vertebrae, the powers to be would not allow him the opportunity to pursue his dream.  Rob spent the next three years  traveling the world and visiting such places as the Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Apia in the Fiji islands. After being honorably discharged in 1984 Rob started his sales career in real estate. His success in real estate led him into management for the land division of the agency, thus beginning his management career.    This opportunity also allowed him to move his wife and children closer to their family in Ohio.  After a long run of success in this position Rob met a business owner at a seminar who aggressively began pursuing him to run the sales division of a national roofing company.  After much consideration, Rob was excited to accept an offer to get back into the construction industry by becoming the sales manager for a national roofing company.  In less than 6 months, Rob was promoted to the vice president of sales and marketing.  In two short years Rob opened 11 new offices and  helped to grow company sales from 3 million in revenue per year, to just over 30 million per year.
